Skinny Spinach Artichoke Hummus
Ingredients:
20 oz. or about 2 cans garbanzo beans
17 oz. or about 2 cans artichoke hearts
3 cups packed baby spinach
ΒΌ cup lemon juice
Β½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until desired consistency.
