RECIPE / Citrus Tahini Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
  • 1 TB fresh lemon juice
  • 2 TB apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TB pure maple syrup
  • 2 TB water
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Himalayan salt, to taste


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Using a whisk or blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth.

 

Store in a refrigerated sealed glass jar for up to 1 week.
