What's the best way to thaw your juices and smoothies?
Your bottles should arrive frozen. Store the bottles in your freezer until you are ready to start drinking them. Thaw out the number of bottles you plan on drinking each day by putting them in your refrigerator. Thawing may take 24-48 hours depending on how cold your refridgerator is. Once thawed, bottles should remain refrigerated and be consumed within 24 hours.
Can I leave the juices at room temperature?
No, our products need to be kept frozen until you are ready to consume them because they have a very short shelflife. Thaw the bottles in the refrigerator. Thawing may take up to 48 hours depending on how cold your refrigerator is. Once completely thawed our products must be consumed within 24 hours. Our juices taste best when consumed very cold. Shake bottles before you consume.
My order arrived partially thawed. Is it safe to drink, and/or refreeze?
Yes! Partial thawing in transit is normal. As long as there is some ice in the bottles, they are at the safe temperature to either consume right away or put into the freezer for later consumption. Also, if you have yet to try one of our drinks partially thawed, we highly recommend it. It's like drinking a slushy.
Why should I do a juice cleanse?
From time to time it is good to give your body a rest from the stresses of everyday life. We can't control everything, but we can control what we put in our mouths. Juice cleansing is a good way to:
• Give your digestive system a break so your body can heal and repair itself quickly
• Feed yourself pure nutrition that your body can absorb immediately
• Help your liver and kidneys detoxify your body
• Give your body what it needs to slim down and have more energy
What are some symptoms of a toxic diet?
When you eat an unhealthy diet of fried foods, dairy, wheat, coffee, and alcohol you start to not look and feel your best. But it's hard to get out of that rut. Here are some symptoms you might experience if you don't have enough plants in your diet:
• Weight gain (especially around your abs)
• Junk food cravings
• Water retention
• Chronic fatigue
• Trouble sleeping
• Brain fog
• Skin issues like acne, eczema, and dry skin
What are the benefits of doing a juice cleanse?
When you give your body nothing but pure nutrition from plants that it can absorb easily and quickly, you start to feel the effects immediately. Many people experience the following during and after a juice cleanse:
• Rapid weight loss
• Bloating eliminated
• More energy
• Clear bright skin
• Powerful workouts
• Deeper sleep
• Stronger immune system
How often should I do a juice cleanse?
It all depends on your personal situation, and we notice there is a range of different frequencies that our customers do a juice cleanse:
• At a minimum, it is beneficial to cleanse once every three months (a lot of people like to time this with the changing of the seasons).
• Once a month to keep your health and weight loss goals on track.
• Once a week (3-5 days) for a month or longer for more serious health and weight loss goals.
• The ultimate juice cleanse: every day for 2+ weeks. Yes, this is healthy as long as you are getting enough of a variety of plants. You can supplement our juices with raw fruits and vegetables or protein smoothies.
Why is cleansing effective?
Juicing extracts the liquid portion of a plant and easily maximizes the nutrients we take into our bodies. Nothing is more nutritious and absorbable than raw juice. The enzymes in raw juice digest our food and turn it into fuel - all while removing harmful toxins and increasing immunity to sickness and disease. The vital nutrients from juice quickly reaches your organs, resets your body, re-oxygenates your blood, flushes out fat, neutralizes the unhealthy, disease-promoting acidic state caused by the typical American diet, and helps you take control of your health and well-being.
How should I prepare for my cleanse?
To get the best results cut out dairy, meat, and grains a few days before you cleanse. At a minimum, eat plant-based foods the day before, emphasizing lots of vegetables.
How often should I drink each bottle?
Drink the bottles as you become hungry. If you find you don’t need all 6 bottles daily, save the extras to extend your cleanse or to use as a snack or meal replacement after your cleanse.
In what order should I drink the bottles?
There is no right or wrong order. It is totally up to you and what you’re feeling. However, we recommend starting your day with a green juice.
What if I am hungry during my cleanse?
If 6 bottles a day is not enough for you, try eating raw fruit and/or vegetables. If you are still hungry try a plain baked sweet potato or some lightly steamed veggies. Go easy on added salt.
Should I be drinking water?
Yes, drink water as often as you need to.
Can I drink coffee and tea?
Yes, but drink it without any cream or sugar. If you cannot drink your coffee black we suggest swapping sugar with a monk fruit sweetener and replacing cream with oat milk or another dairy free plant-based milk.
Will I need to be close to a restroom?
No, this is a myth. Most people do not see any changes in their frequency or urgency.
Are your juices cold pressed?
Yes, our juices are cold pressed.
Are your juices blended?
No, our juices are NOT blended. However, we do offer smoothies that are blended.
What is the difference between juicing and blending?
The difference between juicing and blending is this... when you blend fruits & vegetables you are using (mostly) the entire plant. The fiber is included in the mixture and it has a thicker consistency. When you juice fruits & vegetables the fiber is removed and it has a fluid consistency.
Can I drink your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes. However, we do not recommend doing a juice cleanse, or any other type of cleanse, while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is important not to restrict your calorie intake during this time. We think adding in fresh, raw juices and smoothies to your daily diet can be a wonderful thing! Our products are made only from real fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and spices, and are great to incorporate into your diet as a snack when pregnant and breastfeeding. If you are concerned at all about consuming raw juices we suggest consulting your doctor.
Are your juices pasteurized?
No. We do not pasteurize or High Pressure Process our products. Rather, we flash freeze them because it is the best way to keep the beneficial vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes in tact. Pasteurization and other juice preservation techniques like HPP destroy or degrade the inherent nutritional content of the juice. Enzymes in particular, which are vital for transporting nutrients, repairing tissues, removing toxins, and more, are totally decimated by pasteurization and HPP.
Why do you shipped frozen?
It's the only way to truly preserve and lock in flavor, nutrients, and enzymes. Other brands essentially cook out all these good things with their processing methods. Not us. This is as close to juicing at home as you will get. And even better, because you don't have to do any work. And the fact that they arrive frozen means you can enjoy them whenever you want... no more rushing to drink them before they go bad.
Can I drink these if I have nut and seed allergies?
Our products are made in a facility that stores and processes nuts and seeds. You can see the allergen information on the back label of each bottle. We do our absolute best to minimize any cross-contamination risk. If you have any additional concerns please reach out to our support team.
Are your products organic?
We source as many organic ingredients as we can. All organic ingredients are specified on the ingredient lists on the back labels of each product. Although we are not certified organic, our produce is delivered fresh daily from a local chemical-free facility. We never use any harsh chemicals during the cleaning or pressing process of the produce once it is in our hands.
Are your products Kosher?

How long does delivery take?
Generally, shipping takes 1-3 business days. However, this does not take into account time to process the order, and where you live in the country might affect the delivery time. We are based in New Jersey and we process orders first come, first serve. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. If you order later in the week and there are not enough days in transit to allow for the package to arrive by Friday (commercial address) or Saturday (home delivery), your order will be held for shipment until the following week.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Each package is shipped in an insulated box and will withstand sitting until you return home. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ask that you open the package immediately upon arrival and to place the contents in your freezer or refrigerator. If you are ordering as a gift, do not worry - all of our packages are marked "keep frozen" and "perishable". In addition, each package contains a brochure with instructions for proper handling.
Do you offer same day delivery?
At this time we do not offer same day delivery. We do our best to get every order out as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed for shipment you will receive an email including your Fedex tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Once your order is processed for delivery you will receive a confirmation email with the Fedex tracking number.
Where don't you ship to?
We cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays or to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.
I didn't receive my order but it says it was delivered. What do I do?
If your tracking information states your package was delivered, but you do not have it, you would have to contact FedEx and file a claim for a missing package. Once you have a claim number, you can send that over to us and we are happy to send out a replacement or issue you a refund, whichever option you would prefer. If you would like a replacement sent, please verify your shipping address.

Do you use recycled materials?
Yes, our boxes are made out of recycled cardboard. We are continually searching for the best ways to not only ensure product arrives to your door frozen but also be more environmentally friendly.
Can I pick up my order?
At this time we are not offering local pickup. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I find your juices in stores?
At this time we are only selling online through our website and Amazon.
Can I get a refund?
