CAN I EAT ON THIS CLEANSE?
Yes! You do not have to commit to a strict juice fast for the Skinny Cleanse to be effective. While a straight juice diet will likely produce maximum results, you can certainly eat raw fruits, vegetables, or other choices from the cleanse-approved foods list (found in your Cleanse Guide) without it hindering your weight loss efforts.
You might actually be more successful in achieving your goals if you eat, because the satiation of chewing can help prevent any slips or ending your cleanse early due to hunger or intense cravings.
CAN I DRINK COFFEE DURING MY CLEANSE?
Yes! We would never ask you to give up your coffee, however we have a few adjustments we recommend so it doesn’t interfere with the results you’re trying to achieve. Drink your coffee black or with a low-fat plant milk like oat milk if you need it creamier. We recommend removing any sweetener while you are cleansing.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY RESULTS AFTER MY CLEANSE?

ARE THESE WEIGHT LOSS JUICES LOW-CALORIE and LOW SUGAR?
Our in-house nutritionist believes that low-calorie fad diets do not lead to successful weight loss or weight management long-term. Any restrictive diets almost always lead to failure.
True health and real weight loss are not about counting calories, tracking fat grams, or limiting sugar intake. It’s about choosing options with the right nutrient-dense ingredients.
That being said, the weight loss juices in this cleanse were not designed to be particularly low in calories, carbs, or natural fruit sugars. They provide your body with what it needs to thrive in the healthiest form possible, and the result is sustainable weight loss.
WHY ARE THE JUICES FROZEN?
We immediately flash-freeze all of our cold-pressed juices and smoothies. This is the only way to lock in the fresh flavors, nutrients, and enzymes, while being able to deliver them to your door.
Shipping frozen juices makes it super convenient for you. There’s no hefty prep time or messy clean-up. No juicer or blender is necessary. All you have to do is thaw, sip, and enjoy the health benefits.
Plus, if life gets in the way and you have to pause your cleanse, nothing goes to waste. The remaining bottles can stay in the freezer until you can start again.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD AMERICAN DIET & WHY IS IT UNHEALTHY, & HOW DO I AVOID IT?
WHAT IS IT? The Standard American Diet (SAD) is filled with ultra-processed foods. If you go into any grocery store- even the ones that say they offer healthier options- the aisles are filled with foods that contain artificial ingredients, sweeteners, gums, chemicals, dyes, flavorings, and preservatives. The foods with "health" claims are usually the biggest offenders. (Next time you’re at the grocery store- take a look at the fruit and vegetable section… NO HEALTH CLAIMS, yet that’s where you’ll get the healthiest foods.)
WHY IS IT UNHEALTHY? Ultra-processed foods are hard for our bodies to digest, cause inflammation, and contribute to poor health and disease. Our bodies are not designed to eat man made chemicals- like preservatives. For instance, preservatives exist to give food a longer shelf life in the grocery store, not to improve our health. The same goes for highly processed sweeteners, seed oils, and grains.
HOW DO I AVOID THE SAD DIET? We recommend avoiding processed carbs, processed sugar, refined seed oils, preservatives, and alcohol as much as possible. These “foods” all contribute to poor health and weight gain. While grass-fed and organic dairy can be incorporated into a healthy diet, it is weight-promoting and inflammatory for a lot of people, which is why we recommend avoiding it most of the time.
Try to pack each meal with as many whole fruits and/or vegetables as you can - the more fresh and raw, the better! Incorporate cold-pressed juices and plant-based smoothies daily for concentrated nutrition.
Despite what many healthcare professionals say, never limit servings of healthy carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables (including potatoes). While whole grains can be a healthy addition to your diet, we recommend not eating them if your goal is to lose weight.
