You’ll receive 6 juices for each day of your Skinny Cleanse®. We recommend starting around 8am and drinking one bottle at least every 2 hours, finishing the last juice at 6pm.
Wake up & drink a large glass of water, have your coffee (if desired), and some fresh fruit.
This order of juices above is recommended, but you will still experience the same benefits regardless of the order in which you drink each flavor. If you wait too long between juices, you can run the risk of becoming too hungry.
Eating
Eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you desire throughout each day- either with your juices or in between. This includes baked, dry-roasted, or steamed potatoes. Instead of using oil or fats like butter on the potatoes, you can use lemon juice, salt, pepper, or any other fresh herbs and spices you like.
Your Cleanse Guide includes a complete list of cleanse-approved foods and a recipe for a Hearty Vegetable Soup that you can enjoy without restriction during your cleanse.
Coffee
We recommend that you drink your coffee either black or with a low fat plant-milk like oatmilk. If you want to sweeten it, use honey. Adding sugar and creamer will defeat the purpose of doing a juice cleanse.
Drinking Water
Even though these healthy juices are very hydrating, we strongly recommend drinking water throughout the day, ideally one glass between every bottle of juice. Staying properly hydrated supports your body's natural processes during a cleanse.
Exercise
This cleanse doesn’t provide enough calories to sustain intense workouts. Even if you eat extra calories, it is best to limit your physical activities to walking, stretching, gentle yoga, and core work.

Getting quality rest supports your body's recovery during a cleanse. We recommend at least 7-9 hours each night

Yes! You do not have to commit to a strict juice fast for the Skinny Cleanse® to be effective. While a straight juice diet will likely produce maximum results, you can certainly eat raw fruits, veggies, or other choices from the cleanse-approved foods list (found in your Cleanse Guide) without it undermining your progress.
You might actually be MORE successful in achieving your goals if you eat. The satiation of chewing can help prevent ending your cleanse early due to hunger or intense cravings.
Yes! We would never ask you to give up your coffee, however there are a few adjustments we recommend so it doesn’t interfere with your cleanse results. Drink your coffee black or with a low-fat plant milk, like oat milk. Replace sugar with honey.

Once you complete the cleanse and begin The Skinny Method™, you can resume all regular physical activity and maintain high intensity workouts with ease. WHY IS IT UNHEALTHY? Ultra-processed foods can be harder for your body to digest and may contribute to inflammation and other health concerns. Over time, a diet high in processed foods can work against your wellness goals.
HOW DO I AVOID THE SAD DIET? We recommend limiting processed carbs, processed sugar, refined seed oils, preservatives, and alcohol as much as possible. While grass-fed and organic dairy can be part of a balanced diet, some people find it counterproductive to their wellness goals, which is why we suggest limiting it when possible.
