Yes! We would never ask you to give up your coffee, however we have a few adjustments we recommend to support your cleanse goals. Drink your coffee black or with a low-fat plant milk like oat milk if you need it creamier. We recommend removing any sweetener while you are cleansing.
How do i maintain my results after my cleanse?
The best way to help maintain your results post-cleanse is with one of our weight management methods, designed to complement each type of cleanse: The Skinny Method, The Protein Method, or the Detox Method. Each is a nutritionist-designed weekly system that supports continued progress after a cleanse.
Are these juices low-calorie and low sugar?
Our in-house nutritionist believes that low-calorie fad diets are not the most effective approach to successful weight loss or weight management long-term. Overly restrictive diets can often lead to frustration and setbacks. Lasting health and meaningful weight management are more about choosing options with the right nutrient-dense ingredients than counting calories, tracking fat grams, or limiting sugar intake. That being said, the juices in this cleanse were not designed to be particularly low in calories, carbs, or natural fruit sugars. They provide your body with what it needs to thrive in the healthiest form possible, and the goal is to support sustainable weight management.

What is the standard American diet & why is it unhealthy, & how do i avoid it?
WHAT IS IT?
The Standard American Diet (SAD) is filled with ultra-processed foods. If you go into any grocery store- even the ones that say they offer healthier options- the aisles are filled with foods that contain artificial ingredients, sweeteners, gums, chemicals, dyes, flavorings, and preservatives. The foods with "health" claims are usually the biggest offenders.
WHY IS IT UNHEALTHY?
Ultra-processed foods can be harder for our bodies to digest and may contribute to inflammation and other health concerns. Our bodies are not designed to process man-made chemicals like preservatives. For instance, preservatives exist to give food a longer shelf life in the grocery store, not to support our health. The same goes for highly processed sweeteners, seed oils, and grains.
HOW DO I AVOID THE SAD DIET?
We recommend limiting processed carbs, processed sugar, refined seed oils, preservatives, and alcohol as much as possible. These foods can contribute to poor health outcomes and may make weight management more difficult. While grass-fed and organic dairy can be part of a balanced diet, some people find it inflammatory or counterproductive to their wellness goals, which is why we suggest limiting it when possible.
Try to pack each meal with as many whole fruits and/or vegetables as you can — the more fresh and raw, the better! Incorporate cold-pressed juices and plant-based smoothies daily for concentrated nutrition.
