INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cans chickpeas
  • I cup steamed edamame beans
  • 2 TB tahini
  • ¼ cup EVOO
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Sea salt to taste


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, or food processor using the metal "S" blade, until smooth. 

 

Enjoy with cut-up raw vegetables, on top of a salad, or as a delicious topper to white baked potatoes at lunch or dinnertime.
