- 2 cans chickpeas
- I cup steamed edamame beans
- 2 TB tahini
- ¼ cup EVOO
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Sea salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, or food processor using the metal "S" blade, until smooth.
