Completing a cleanse is a transformative experience, both physically and mentally. You know all too well the discipline and willpower it takes to power through it.
You finished it. You did the hard thing. You shed some pounds and let the juices help remove toxins from your body. You feel great. And you look even better. Give yourself a pat on the back.
Nothing feels better than completing a cleanse. Overcoming a challenge like this feels empowering to say the least and the benefits of juice cleansing are endless. But the real challenge comes after you cleanse.
Some of the most common post-cleanse questions I get as a holistic nutritionist are, “Well, what now?”, “How do I keep the weight off?” , or “ What can I eat after a cleanse?”
If you find yourself asking the above questions while swimming in your now-oversized sweater, then this blog is for you.
With two decades of experience as a holistic nutritionist, I've seen a common trend in most juice cleanses and detox diets – there's plenty of guidance on what to do during the cleanse, but not much information for after a cleanse. My clients often found themselves in the dark.
This inspired me to develop a weight loss system to help my clients keep off the weight they lost while cleansing. But even more than that, I wanted them to be able to keep losing weight.
The system I developed as a result is called the Stay Skinny Method™. With this proven system you’ll continue to lose weight while receiving guidance along the way, so you’re never left in the dark.
Here’s how it works:
Drink 1 craving-crushing green juice in the morning to combat unhealthy cravings.
Drink 1 delicious & filling meal-replacement shake at lunchtime.
Drink 1 Skinny Boost ™ shot before dinner to improve digestion & eliminate bloating.
Follow my proven clean-eating guidelines for snacks and meals in between.
We conducted a consumer survey and found that participants successfully kept off their cleanse weight and also continued to lose an additional 2-3 pounds per week with the Stay Skinny Method. Part of this success is due to some of my tried and true resources that are included to help you along the way:

Eating Out Guide
It’s no secret that a healthy diet is a huge part of overall health and well-being. Meal planning is probably one of the most difficult things about living a healthy lifestyle. Juggling work, kids, and a social life makes it even harder.
Scientific evidence from a study conducted by the Cleveland Clinic shows that 23% of Americans do not have the time to prepare healthy food, and 20% of Americans are unfamiliar with how to cook healthy food .
A huge reason why the Stay Skinny Method™ works is because it is realistic and straightforward (by design). Virtually everything is done for you, from carefully curated whole-food recipes to the actual juicing. It also teaches you to change your eating habits for the better over the long term.
With this program, your mornings will consist of green juice (no juicer needed) and snacking on LOTS of fruit, which requires no cooking whatsoever. Your second meal is a yummy pre-made smoothie without the mess of blending or washing dishes. Your last meal is a clean dinner recipe curated by me, or any variation you like based on the guidelines I provide.
Realistically, you only have one cooked meal to worry about, making it super simple for anyone to incorporate. And if you plan on eating out, my Eating Out Guide teaches you exactly how to order out like a health pro.
Make unrealistic and unsustainable weight management tools a thing of the past with the Stay Skinny method. Say bye-bye to short-term weight loss results.

Health Benefits of The Stay Skinny Method™
This is not just another quick fix or unsustainable cleanse diet. The Stay Skinny Method™ is a lifestyle that anyone can add to their everyday schedule. It was created with a whole-food, balanced diet in mind so you can lose weight healthfully and prevent future weight gain, but that’s not the only benefit.
Drinking green fresh fruit and vegetable juices means you’ll be flooding your system with a variety of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants - all known to improve your overall health. One of the many benefits of drinking juice is that it gently detoxifies your system, which will prepare your body to lose weight with ease. No gimmicky supplements necessary.
Healthy eating is another key component of The Stay Skinny Method™. Instead of eliminating all carbs or going low-calorie, you’ll eat tons of fresh fruits and veggies while also incorporating healthy whole grains and legumes. Our bodies need these types of carbs for fuel, which is why many people feel an increase in energy when doing the Stay Skinny Method™.
You’ll also learn how to eat fats properly, from light to heavy during the day. This is a method I have been using with clients for years and it is what works to help you lose weight. “Light” means you drink your vegetable and fruit juice in addition to eating plenty of whole fruits early to mid-day. “Heavy” means heavier food like heathy fats and animal protein. These should ideally be saved for the last meal of your day and can then be eaten without restriction.
Good ingredients mean good health and that’s exactly why we prioritize whole food ingredients. When you remove foods from a processed, regular diet, like refined added sugars and not-so-healthy carbohydrates, you will not only look better, but you will feel better, too. A boosted immune system, better gut health, and gentle detoxification are all added bonuses that you can expect to experience with the Stay Skinny Method™.
Restrictive Diets Don’t Deliver
Restrictive diets are unsustainable. You may lose weight for a short period of time, but it’s not a matter of IF you gain it back; it’s when you gain it back.
Heavily restrictive diets have virtually no benefit. They often lead to a lack of nutrients, hunger pangs, digestive system distress like constipation, blood sugar balance issues, and can even lead to eating disorders in extreme cases .
Our bodies need calories and carbs to function properly. Without enough calories we’ll never feel full, which can often lead to binge eating. And without carbs from healthy sources, like fruits and healthy whole grains, you will never have enough energy to make it through the day.
With the Stay Skinny Method™, there’s no restriction. You can eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want. Plus, you get to incorporate solid foods, unlike other unsustainable juice diets in the wellness world.
This methodology was designed with health at the forefront of my mind. No restriction is necessary. That’s why it works! Nourish your body and lose weight with my tried and true Stay Skinny Method™.
