Sustainable, healthy weight loss takes a little time and patience on your end. I designed this weight loss protocol with the intent of helping you lose weight while educating you on how to keep it off healthily. Here’s how it all works:

Skinny Cleanse®

First, you will do a 7-day cold pressed juice Skinny Cleanse, America’s #1 best-selling juice cleanse. Your juice cleanse includes a variety of 6 cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices for each day.

If it’s your first time cleansing and a 7-day cleanse intimidates you, you can try a 3-day juice cleanse, or a 5-day juice cleanse, but keep in mind the duration of time may impact your results.

During this cleansing time, drink water and herbal teas. Feel free to eat raw fruits and veggies if you need something extra. This is not your average no-food juice fast. You can eat. Listening to your body is key here.

  • Every morning you’ll start your day with a delicious green juice to eliminate unhealthy cravings. The chlorophyll found in green juice does precisely that. After your morning juice, feel free to have coffee with clean plant milk and a natural sweetener, like honey or coconut sugar. Plan on eating as much fruit as you’d like until lunchtime.

  • For a late lunch, you can choose from some delicious smoothie flavors, like Pina Colada or, my favorite - Cookies & Cream. You’ll feel full until dinner thanks to the whole food’s nutrient-rich ingredients (but if you don’t, some extra eating options are also provided for you within the program).

  • Before dinner, you’ll drink a Skinny Boost shot, a mini delicious hibiscus & pineapple juice recipe that helps promote gut health and eliminates bloating -basically a digestive enzyme in juice form. Pineapple contains bromelain, which is known for promoting a healthy gut.

  • For dinner, you’ll have one clean meal consisting of a clean protein, healthy whole grain, and lightly steamed or raw vegetables. This is a time of day to have healthy fats. Fats are best to have at dinner. Your dinner plate should consist of 50% veggies and 50% healthy carbs OR 50% veggies, 25% healthy carbs, and 25% animal protein if you are choosing to include it in your diet.

  • Feel free to drink alcohol at social gatherings if you want to. Just be sure to have a green juice when you get home. This system is designed to work with your life, not against it, but keep in mind that alcoholic drinking often can hinder weight loss goals.

Do’s and Don'ts

The Skinny Cleanse and Stay Skinny Method system is not just a “quick fix.” Your results can be long-lasting and are dependent on your choices. For the best possible results, be sure to:

  • For the Skinny Cleanse: Follow our pre-cleanse guidelines to prep your body for cleansing. Eat a plant-based diet consisting of raw fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Remove all animal-based fats from your diet. Eliminate dairy, alcohol, and processed foods entirely.

  • Once you begin the Stay Skinny Method: Eat light to heavy. “Light” means you eat lighter foods, like plenty of fruits and raw vegetables for breakfast and lunch. These foods are lighter on the digestive system and are water-rich. “Heavy” foods are fats, nuts, seeds, olive oil, and protein (beans or animal-based) and should be saved for the end of the day.

  • Avoid cooking in any type of oil or fat - another secret to losing weight!

  • Never eat processed grains like cereal, “whole grain” bread, cookies, cakes, etc.

  • Avoid refined added sugars. Use honey, pure maple syrup, dates, or coconut sugar when possible.

  • Eat plenty of healthy grains like brown rice, quinoa, and oats.

  • Limit dairy or eliminate it altogether. If you choose to eat dairy, opt for pasture-raised eggs and organic grass-fed butter. Remember to save butter and eggs for later meals since they are a fat.

As a holistic nutritionist, I have learned that restrictive diets do not work long-term for weight loss. The low-calorie, anti-carbohydrate diet methods are far from worth it and are detrimental to your health and well-being.
