WHEN SHOULD I DRINK MY COCONUT WATER?
You can drink your coconut water anytime of the day or night. It can be enjoyed as a hydrating snack, meal accompaniment or nutrient replenishment after a workout. Drinking a daily coconut water hydrates your body like nothing else can.
HOW MANY BOTTLES OF COCONUT WATER CAN I HAVE IN A DAY?
As many as you like! Truly RAW coconut water has no added sugars, preservatives, or harmful chemicals. Just lots delicious, natural hydration.
ARE THESE MEANT TO BE A MEAL REPLACEMENT?
By nature, coconut water is pretty low calorie is not particularly designed as a meal replacement. However, you can have 2 of them as a light and easy meal so long as you are conscious to get adequate caloric intake throughout the rest of your day.
HOW DO I STORE MY JUICES?
Your juices will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer until you are ready to thaw and use them. Once thawed, juices should remain in the fridge and be consumed very cold.
HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE TO THAW?
Juices take anywhere from 24-48 hours to thaw in the refrigerator, depending on how cold your fridge settings are.
HOW LONG DO THESE LAST?
If your cold-pressed juice is kept frozen it will be as fresh as thought it was just pressed for up to 6 months. Once thawed, consume your juice within 24 hours.
WHAT IF MY COCONUT WATER TURNS PINK?
When coconut water is truly raw, there are no preservatives or chemicals added to keep its natural color. While it comes out of the coconut completely clear, if it is exposed to the air for too long it will start to have a light pink hue. This is not dangerous and does not alter the flavor or nutritional value of the coconut water, but as with all of our juices, we recommend drinking them within 24 hours of thawing.
What does it mean if some of my Coconut Water is a little pink?
When fresh coconut water has a pink hue, it typically means it has come directly from a very young harvested coconut with high amounts of phenolic compounds. Phenolic compounds are antioxidants that actually increase the health value of your coconut water without in any way affecting the taste.
