This healthy guacamole recipe takes snacking to the next level by incorporating two of the most nutritious green superfoods: kale and moringa. You're probably already somewhat acquainted with kale's health-boosting properties, but have you heard the buzz surrounding moringa?

Recipe: Superfood Guacamole
- 3 avocados
- ¼ cup massaged kale*, finely chopped (*before chopping your kale, add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and a few squeezes of fresh lemon juice. Massage until kale starts to soften and wilt.)
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3 tsp. moringa powder
- Himalayan salt & pepper to taste
In a large bowl, mash your avocados with a fork. Fold remaining ingredients into your avocado mash until they are evenly combined. Season with salt & pepper and serve!
