Benefits of Cleansing

We get asked all the time about the benefits of cleansing.  There is a lot of misinformation out there that tries to paint cleansing in a bad light, when in reality, cleansing can be an amazing tool for healing and overall wellness. 

​​As a nutritionist, I believe strongly in the ability of the body to heal when it's given optimum nutrition. We can't control everything, but we can control what we put in our mouths.

Cleansing can:

• Help you jumpstart a healthier lifestyle

• Give your body what it needs to slim down and have more energy

• Give your digestive system a break so your body can heal and repair itself quickly

• Help your liver and kidneys detoxify your body


Benefits of Cleansing 101

When you give your body nothing but pure nutrition from plants in a form that it can absorb easily and use quickly (juices and smoothies), you start to feel the effects immediately. Many people experience the following during and after a juice or smoothie cleanse:
