  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

SWEET

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • 2 tbsp orange juice

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

THICK & CREAMY

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tsp vinegar

  • 1/4 cup of raw cashews

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Combined all the ingredients and blend in a blender.

SPICY

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper

  • 1 sprig of thyme & sage
