This ready-to-drink protein cleanse supports weight loss goals, and more. This is because it floods your body with 38 grams of clean protein found in nature. High protein content ensures you burn fat while still maintaining muscle; helping to keep you satisfied, reduce cravings, and kickstart healthier eating habits with ease.

Our plant-based protein cleanse is rich in vitamins and minerals like collagen-promoting vitamin C, calcium, and heart-healthy magnesium from the fruit, leafy greens, and nuts in each flavor.

The only sugar you are getting is from fresh fruits. We never use monkfruit, stevia, refined added sugars, or artificial sweeteners (No sickly, sweet tropical punch experiences here).

CAN I EAT ON THIS CLEANSE?

Yes, we provide a list of cleanse-approved fruits, veggies, and high protein ingredients that can be included if you feel you need more than this cleanse provides. However, if you drink all six of the 12 fl oz bottles each day, you’ll likely find that you are quite satisfied. In fact, the protein shakes are caloric enough to be full meal replacements on their own and are even best sellers in the Build-a-Box, as many customers use them regularly to replace meals post-cleanse.

CAN I DRINK COFFEE DURING MY CLEANSE?

Yes! We would never ask you to give up your coffee, however there are a few adjustments we recommend so it doesn’t interfere with your cleanse results. Drink your coffee black or with a low-fat plant milk, like oat milk. Replace sugar with honey.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD AMERICAN DIET? WHY IS IT UNHEALTHY & HOW DO I AVOID IT?

WHAT IS IT? The Standard American Diet (SAD) is filled with ultra-processed foods. If you go into any grocery store- even the ones that say they offer healthier options- the aisles are filled with foods that contain artificial ingredients, sweeteners, chemicals, dyes, flavorings, and preservatives. The foods with health claims are oftentimes the biggest offenders. 

WHY IS IT UNHEALTHY? Ultra-processed foods are hard on the digestive system, causing inflammation, constipation, weight gain, and dangerous belly fat. They destroy your immune system. More seriously, these “foods” can cause disease or worsen conditions like autoimmune disorders, heart disease, and cancer.

Our bodies are not designed to eat man-made chemicals, flavors, or additives.

HOW DO I AVOID THE SAD DIET? Avoid processed carbs, processed sugar, refined seed oils, preservatives, conventional dairy, and alcohol as much as possible.

While grass-fed and organic dairy can be incorporated into a healthy diet, it is weight-promoting and inflammatory for many people. This is why we recommend avoiding it most of the time.

Try to pack each meal with as many whole fruits and/or vegetables as you can - the more fresh and raw, the better! Incorporate cold-pressed green juices and plant-based smoothies daily for concentrated nutrition.
