How should I prepare for the Skinny Cleanse?

We advise that everyone ease into a juice cleanse for weight loss, no matter what period of time you intend to cleanse for. You should eat very light foods like fruits, vegetables, salads, non-creamy soups, and drink plenty of water for at least one to three days before your cleanse. Avoid foods like meat, dairy, heavily processed foods (anything with more than 3-5 ingredients), and alcohol.

PRO TIP: Stock up on some fresh cut fruits &/or veggies so you have a quick, cleanse-compliant snack if you get hungry during your cleanse.

Is the Stay Skinny Method™ a cleanse?

No, this product is not intended to be a cleanse. For best results, you should follow our clean-eating guidelines along with drinking the green juices, meal-replacement smoothies, and digestion shots provided.

Do I eat with the Stay Skinny Method™ part of the program?

Yes, you can and should eat. The Stay Skinny Method™ is not designed to be a short-term quick fix. It was developed by our in-house nutritionist to help you lose weight and keep it off the healthy way, by using our Skinny Cleanse juice diet to start but then transitioning into a balanced, long-term healthy lifestyle.

What does a day with the Stay Skinny Method™ look like?

1. Drink a green juice every morning to eliminate unhealthy cravings.

2. Eat ALL the fresh, ripe fruit you want until lunchtime. If desiring something more substantial, you can enjoy any of the Healthy Sweets or "free foods" from the Stay Skinny Method recipes.

3. Drink a meal replacement smoothie for lunch, after 1 pm.

4. If hungry before dinner, snack on raw vegetables, baked potatoes, or any of the "free foods" from the Stay Skinny Method™ recipes.

5. Drink a Skinny Boost ™ before dinner to improve digestion and eliminate bloating.

6. Eat a balanced, clean dinner including healthy carbohydrates like potatoes or quinoa, vegetables, and lean protein, if desired.
