You can drink your Deep Detox Elixir anytime of the day or night to improve your overall health, however our nutritionist recommends making it a part of your morning routine. The chlorophyll in these detox drinks helps to eliminate unhealthy cravings and sets your day up for success.

To experience the most real health benefits associated with daily detoxification, drink a minimum of 2 per day. In addition to these 2 bottles per day, make sure you are drinking plenty of water and/or coconut water throughout the rest of the day, as proper hydration helps flush out toxins.

Eat plenty of hydrating fresh fruits during the day. The fiber and natural water content of fresh fruits helps to eliminate bloating by making bowel movements easier and more regular. Fresh fruit smoothies will also work in the same way. Your juices will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer until you are ready to thaw and use them. Once thawed, juices should remain in the fridge and be consumed very cold.

Juices take anywhere from 24-48 hours to thaw in the refrigerator, depending on how cold your fridge settings are.

If your cold-pressed juice is kept frozen it will be as fresh as thought it was just pressed for up to 6 months. Once thawed, consume your juice within 24 hours.
