CHOOSE YOUR PROTEIN

The amount of protein you'll need depends on the activity level you plan on maintaining.

INACTIVE/TRUE JUICE CLEANSE: do not choose any protein smoothies, skip to step 3.

LIGHT: includes walking, yoga, choose 0-1 protein smoothies per cleanse day.

MODERATE: includes jogging, biking, pilates, or similar, choose 1-2 protein smoothies per cleanse day.

STRENUOUS: includes HIIT, hot yoga, choose 3 protein smoothies per cleanse day.

STEP 3

PICK YOUR FAVORITE FLAVORS TO COMPLETE YOUR CLEANSE

Complete your cleanse with any of these juices or smoothies. Consuming a wide variety of fruits and vegetables is best. Make sure you have the correct number of bottles in your cart:

3 DAYS: 18 bottles

5 DAYS: 30 bottles

7 DAYS: 42 bottles

10 DAYS: 60 bottles
