Your Cleanse Day Routine

WAKE UP / WATER

Start your day with a tall glass of water and fiber-rich fruit to gently wake up your digestion. Yes, you can still enjoy your morning coffee—just keep it clean with black coffee or a splash of unsweetened plant milk.

8 AM / JUICE #1

Begin your day with the green juice—leafy green veggies like spinach and kale are packed with essential minerals that naturally curb cravings and support detoxification. You can also enjoy as much fresh fruit as you’d like.

10 AM / JUICE #2

For your second juice, we suggest choosing one of the non-green options—but don’t stress! You’ll still receive the full benefits of every bottle, no matter the order you enjoy them throughout the day.

NOON / JUICE #3

Pair your green juice with a colorful mix of fruits and veggies you enjoy—think cucumbers, berries, bell peppers, or even a baked potato. Nourish your body with the amount that satisfies you—no restriction.

2 PM / JUICE #4

In the mid-afternoon, reach for one of your non-green juices to help sustain your energy and keep cravings at bay. This is the perfect time to check in with your hunger. If the juice alone feels satisfying, great! But if your body needs a little more, feel free to enjoy any fresh fruits or vegetables that sound good to you, including baked sweet potatoes too—either alongside your juice or as a nourishing option between bottles.

4 PM / JUICE #5

Drink your third, and last, green juice of the day. Eat as many fruits and vegetables as you need to to keep yourself full and satiated.

6 PM / JUICE #6

Your final juice of the day! If you feel you need more, you can also eat a salad (just vegetables w/ and oil-free dressing or the hearty cleanse-approved vegetable soup recipe that comes in your guide).

CLEANSE SOUP

Your cleanse guide will come with a recipe for a hearty vegetable soup that can be eaten at any point throughout your day when you feel you need something extra.
