A few reasons to love berries...

Berries are one of the few low-glycemic fruits that are allowed on a Keto diet. They have exceptionally potent anti-inflammatory properties because of their rich abundance of anthocyanins, which are antioxidant pigments that give them their vibrant red, blue, or purple color.

Blueberries, in particular, are an especially rich source of quercetin, a powerful antioxidant pigment which protects your body’s cells from membrane damage and death, helping to defend against aging. This incredible antioxidant pigment also causes fat cells to self-destruct and stops new fat cells from forming!
