My wellness journey started when I lost both grandmothers within 6 months of one another to various cancers. I was in my mid-20's, burning the candle at both ends, and realized if I didn't make changes there was a good chance I'd end up sick.

Now over 10 years later, I'm still motivated by making it easier for all of us to incorporate healthy plant-based foods into our everyday lives.
