You can eat! Included are guidelines for healthy snacking and cleanse-approved meal options, so no need to fear being hungry. You can eat as many of the cleanse-friendly foods as you please.
Convenience is the key to making this juice cleanse fit into your life. The 1 Day Cleanse works for even the busiest person. Each fresh juice is ready-made for you, no need for a juicer or messy clean-up.
You'll receive 6 juices for your 1 Day Cleanse. We recommend starting around 8am and drinking one bottle at least every 2 hours, finishing the last juice at 6pm
Wake up & drink a large glass of water, have your coffee (if desired), and some fresh fruit.
This order is recommended, but you will enjoy the same benefits regardless of the order in which you drink each flavor.
EATING: Eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you desire throughout the day, either with your juices or in between. This includes baked, dryroasted, or steamed potatoes. Instead of using oil or fats like butter on the potatoes, you can use lemon juice, salt, pepper, or any other fresh herbs and spices you like. Your Cleanse Guide includes a complete list of cleanse-approved foods and a recipe for a Hearty Vegetable Soup that you can enjoy without restriction during your cleanse
COFFEE: We recommend that you drink your coffee either black or with a low-fat plant milk like oat milk. If you want to sweeten it, use honey. Adding sugar and creamer can work against your cleanse goals.
WATER: Even though these healthy juices are very hydrating, we strongly recommend drinking water throughout the day, ideally one glass between every bottle of juice. Staying properly hydrated supports your body's natural processes during a cleanse.
EXERCISE: This cleanse does not provide enough calories to sustain intense workouts. It is best to limit your activity level to light exercises like walking, stretching, and core work.
SLEEP: Getting quality rest supports your body's recovery during a cleanse. We recommend at least 7-9 hours each night.

You do not need to follow a strict juice fast for the 1 Day Cleanse to work. You can include raw fruits, vegetables, or other options from the cleanse approved foods list in your Cleanse Guide without affecting your progress. In fact, eating may help you stay on track. The act of chewing can reduce hunger and make it easier to avoid stopping early due to cravings.
