Skinny Cleanse® + Skinny Method™ Bundle

This weight loss program is designed to reset your relationship with food, helping you reach your overall health goals in a quick, sustainable way.

You’ll receive 6 juices for each day of your Skinny Cleanse®. We recommend starting around 8am and drinking one bottle at least every 2 hours, finishing the last juice at 6pm. 

Wake up & drink a large glass of water, have your coffee (if desired), and some fresh fruit.

8am: Sweet Greens - for daily detox

10am: Citrus Carrot - for stronger immunity

12 noon: Tarte Greens - for better gut health

2pm: Sweet Roots - for increased energy

4pm: Sweet Greens - for daily detox

6pm: Cool Greens - for better digestion/less bloating

This order of juices above is recommended, but you will still experience the same benefits regardless of the order in which you drink each flavor. If you wait too long between juices, you can run the risk of becoming too hungry.

Eating

Eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you desire throughout each day- either with your juices or in between. This includes baked, dry-roasted, or steamed potatoes. Instead of using oil or fats like butter on the potatoes, you can use lemon juice, salt, pepper, or any other fresh herbs and spices you like. 

Your Cleanse Guide includes a complete list of cleanse-approved foods and a recipe for a Hearty Vegetable Soup that you can enjoy without restriction during your cleanse.

Coffee

We recommend that you drink your coffee either black or with a low fat plant-milk like oatmilk. If you want to sweeten it, use honey. Adding sugar and creamer will defeat the purpose of doing a juice cleanse. 

Drinking Water

Even though these healthy juices are very hydrating, we strongly recommend drinking water throughout the day, ideally one glass between every bottle of juice. Water helps your body to flush out toxins more efficiently.

Exercise

This cleanse doesn’t provide enough calories to sustain intense workouts.  Even if you eat extra calories, it is best to limit your physical activities to walking, stretching, gentle yoga, and core work. 

Sleep

Sleep is just as important to weight loss as what you eat. Your body will release more weight if you get good sleep. We recommend at least 7-9 hours each night.

The Skinny Method™ gives you the freedom to eat satisfying meals, while strategically incorporating juices and smoothies that flood your body with nutrients.

• Breakfast: Drink 1 green juice and eat all the fruit you want (you can’t overdo it).
• Lunch: Drink 1 meal replacement smoothie.
• Before Dinner: Drink 1 delicious Skinny Boost™ shot.
• Dinner: Enjoy a balanced, clean dinner including lean protein, vegetables, and whole grains or potatoes.

Snacks

Included with your program are guidelines for snack ideas or meal additions that you can eat without restriction. This method teaches you how to eat both snacks and meals from “light to heavy” which eliminates bloating and helps you reach a healthy weight more effectively.

Nutritionist Tip: The best way to tell if you are fully hydrated is if your urine is clear. If it isn’t, you need to drink more water.

Exercise

This system is designed to allow you to keep your normal workout routine. There is plenty of flexibility to add in more calories or protein, if needed.

Sleep
