Your Cleanse Day Routine

WAKE UP / WATER

Start your day with a tall glass of water and fiber-rich fruit to gently wake up your digestion. Yes, you can still enjoy your morning coffee—just keep it clean with black coffee or a splash of unsweetened plant milk.

8 AM / JUICE #1

Begin your day with the green juice—leafy green veggies like spinach and kale are packed with essential minerals that naturally curb cravings and support detoxification. You can also enjoy as much fresh fruit as you’d like.

10 AM / JUICE #2

For your second juice, go for a non-green option. Baked sweet potatoes are also a great addition—enjoy them with your juice or between bottles for extra nourishment.

NOON / JUICE #3

Pair your green juice with a colorful mix of fruits and veggies you enjoy—think cucumbers, berries, bell peppers, or even a baked potato. Nourish your body with the amount that satisfies you—no restriction.

2 PM / SMOOTHIE #1

For the rest of the day you’ll be drinking the creamy smoothies. Drinking the juices before the smoothies is key to not getting bloated and getting the best weight loss results.

4 PM / SMOOTHIE #2

Drink your second smoothie. Eat as many fruits and vegetables as you need to to keep yourself full and satiated.

6 PM / SMOOTHIE #3

Your final smoothie of the day! If you feel you need more, you can also eat a salad, but keep it to just vegetables w/ and oil-free dressing.
