WAKE UP / WATER

Start your day with a tall glass of water and fiber-rich fruit to gently wake up your digestion. Yes, you can still enjoy your morning coffee—just keep it clean with black coffee or a splash of unsweetened plant milk.

8 AM / JUICE #1

Hydrate your body with one of the freshest green juices. This cleanse is packed with essential minerals that naturally curb cravings and support detoxification. You can also enjoy as much fresh fruit as you’d like.

10 AM / JUICE #2

Green juice supports liver function and helps flush toxins from the body. Snack on some pineapple chunks with fresh mint to enhance digestion and keep your detox flowing.

NOON / JUICE #3

Pair your green juice with a colorful mix of fruits and veggies you enjoy—think cucumbers, berries, bell peppers, or even a baked potato. Nourish your body with the amount that satisfies you—no restriction.

2 PM / JUICE #4

This is the perfect time to check in with your hunger. If the juice alone feels satisfying, great! But if your body needs a little more, feel free to enjoy any fresh fruits or vegetables that sound good to you, including baked sweet potatoes too.

4 PM / JUICE #5

This is a good point to check-in and see how you’re feeling and drink a little extra water after drinking your juice. And as before, eat as many fruits and vegetables as you like, including baked and sweet potatoes.

6 PM / JUICE #6

Your final juice of the day! If you feel you need more, you can also eat a salad with any fruit and/or vegetables from the list of cleanse approved foods. Just make sure you use an oil-free dressing.
