RECIPE / Oil-free Honey Lime Slaw

This is ideal to enjoy during your cleanse, as there are no added fats.


INGREDIENTS:

  • ⅓ head green cabbage, shredded
  • ⅓ head purple cabbage, shredded
  • 2-3 carrots, peeled & grated
  • Handful scallions, diced
  • 2 cobs of corn, kernels cut off
  • Juice of 1-2 limes
  • 2 TB honey (or more, to taste)
  • 1-2 TB apple cider vinegar
  • Himalayan pink salt, to taste


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.  This will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
