This is ideal to enjoy during your cleanse, as there are no added fats.
INGREDIENTS:
- ⅓ head green cabbage, shredded
- ⅓ head purple cabbage, shredded
- 2-3 carrots, peeled & grated
- Handful scallions, diced
- 2 cobs of corn, kernels cut off
- Juice of 1-2 limes
- 2 TB honey (or more, to taste)
- 1-2 TB apple cider vinegar
- Himalayan pink salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. This will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
