Each day of your 5-day cleanse follows the same nourishing structure: 6 cold-pressed juices or smoothies spaced about 2 hours apart, starting around 8am and finishing around 6pm. By days three and four, most people find their rhythm. Cravings tend to decrease, energy often stabilizes, and many customers say healthy foods start tasting better. Stay hydrated with water between juices, eat from your cleanse-approved foods list whenever you need to, and trust the process. Five days is enough time for your body to settle into a new pattern.

The Adjustment

Preparation is key. If you've followed the prep guidelines in your Cleanse Guide (reducing processed foods, caffeine, and dairy in the days before), the first couple of days will be much smoother. You might feel hungry or experience mild headaches as your body adjusts to a change in diet. This is normal. Stay hydrated with water and herbal teas, and eat from the cleanse-approved foods list whenever you need to. Remember, you CAN eat on this cleanse.
