Your 3-day cleanse is designed to be simple. Each day you'll drink 6 cold-pressed juices and/or smoothies, starting around 8am and finishing with your last bottle around 6pm. Space your juices about 2 hours apart to keep yourself nourished throughout the day. In between, drink plenty of water and enjoy fresh fruits, vegetables, or other foods from your cleanse-approved list whenever you feel hungry. Three days goes quickly, so focus on staying hydrated, resting well, and giving your body the support it needs.

Preparation is key. If you've followed the prep guidelines in your Cleanse Guide (reducing processed foods, caffeine, and dairy in the days before), day one will be much smoother. You might feel hungry or experience mild headaches as your body adjusts to a change in diet. This is normal. Stay hydrated with water and herbal teas, and eat from the cleanse-approved foods list whenever you need to. Remember, you CAN eat on this cleanse.
By day two, most people find their groove. Hunger tends to decrease as your body adjusts, and many customers report that their cravings for processed and sugary foods start fading. You may notice changes in your energy levels. Some people feel more alert, while others feel tired. Listen to your body. Light walks and gentle stretching can help with energy levels.

Day 3
By day three, many customers report feeling lighter and more focused. As you finish the cleanse, start planning a gradual return to solid foods. Begin with light meals like soups, salads, and steamed vegetables. Avoid jumping straight into heavy or processed foods. Your Cleanse Guide includes post-cleanse tips for maintaining your results.

We recommend limiting your activity to light exercises like walking, stretching, gentle yoga, and core work during your cleanse. A 3-day cleanse does not provide enough calories to sustain intense workouts. Even if you eat extra calories from the cleanse-approved foods list, it's best to give your body a break from strenuous activity during this time.
Many of our customers enjoy a 3-day cleanse once a month to support their wellness goals. However, frequency depends on your individual needs and lifestyle. We suggest at least once per quarter to support your wellness goals. We strongly recommend drinking water throughout the day, ideally one glass between every bottle of juice. While our cold-pressed juices are hydrating, your body benefits from additional water intake during a cleanse. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water per day in addition to your juices. Staying properly hydrated supports your body's natural processes.
Everyone's experience is different. Some people may experience mild headaches, fatigue, or changes in digestion during the first day as their body adjusts to a change in diet. These are common and usually resolve by day two. Staying hydrated, following the prep guidelines in your Cleanse Guide, and eating from the approved foods list can help minimize any discomfort. A 5-day cleanse offers a more extended experience, giving your body additional time to adjust to nutrient-dense, whole-food nutrition.
