A Typical Day on a Juice Cleanse
*ASSORTMENT UPDATE: In your cleanse you may receive either Celery juice or Sweet Greens.
You’ll receive 6 juices for each day of your Deep Detox Cleanse. We recommend starting around 8am and drinking one bottle at least every 2 hours, finishing the last juice at 6pm.
Wake up & drink a large glass of water, have your coffee (if desired), and some fresh fruit.
8am: Sweet Greens or Celery- for daily detox
10am: Apple Celery - for better gut health
12 noon: Lemony Greens - for stronger immunity
2pm: Tarte Greens - for increased energy
4pm: Strawberry Greens - for daily detox
6pm: Citrus Mint - for better digestion/less bloating
This order of juices above is recommended, but you will still experience the same benefits regardless of the order in which you drink each flavor. If you wait too long between juices, you can run the risk of becoming too hungry.
EATING
Eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you desire throughout each day- either with your juices or in between. This includes baked, dry-roasted, or steamed potatoes. Instead of using oil or fats like butter on the potatoes, you can use lemon juice, salt, pepper, or any other fresh herbs and spices you like.

COFFEE
We recommend that you drink your coffee either black or with a low fat plant-milk like oat milk. If you want to sweeten it, use honey. Adding sugar and creamer will defeat the purpose of doing a juice cleanse.
DRINKING WATER
Even though these healthy juices are very hydrating, we strongly recommend drinking water throughout the day, ideally one glass between every bottle of juice. Water helps your body to flush out toxins more efficiently.
EXERCISE
This cleanse does not provide enough calories to sustain intense workouts while cleansing. Unless you supplement with a substantial amount of extra calories from the cleanse-approved foods list, it is best to limit your activity level to light exercises like walking, stretching, and core work.
SLEEP
Sleep is just as important to weight loss as what you eat. Your body will release more weight if you get good sleep. We recommend at least 7-9 hours each night.

Yes! The Deep Detox Cleanse is lower in calories, so we recommend that you DO eat when you feel hungry. You can enjoy raw fruits, veggies, plain baked potatoes, or other choices from the cleanse-approved foods list (found in your Cleanse Guide) without it hindering your weight loss or detox efforts.
You might actually be MORE successful in achieving your goals if you eat. The satiation of chewing can help prevent ending your cleanse early due to hunger or intense cravings.
CAN I DRINK COFFEE DURING MY CLEANSE?

WHAT IS IT? The Standard American Diet (SAD) is filled with ultra-processed foods. If you go into any grocery store- even the ones that say they offer healthier options- the aisles are filled with foods that contain artificial ingredients, sweeteners, chemicals, dyes, flavorings, and preservatives. The foods with health claims are oftentimes the biggest offenders.
WHY IS IT UNHEALTHY? Ultra-processed foods are hard on the digestive system, causing inflammation, constipation, weight gain, and dangerous belly fat. They destroy your immune system. More seriously, these “foods” can cause disease or worsen conditions like autoimmune disorders, heart disease, and cancer.
Our bodies are not designed to eat man-made chemicals, flavors, or additives.
HOW DO I AVOID THE SAD DIET? Avoid processed carbs, processed sugar, refined seed oils, preservatives, conventional dairy, and alcohol as much as possible.
