How long should I drink celery juice?

This green juice is meant to be consumed every morning. It should be the first step of your morning routine and can be consumed on a long-term basis.

Can I cleanse with celery juice?

Celery juice can be incorporated into a cleanse, however we do NOT recommend drinking only celery juice. Juice cleansing should incorporate a variety of fruit and vegetable juices and adequate calories.

If you want to continue drinking celery juice during your cleanse, drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and follow it with the 6 bottles of juice.

Can I get the same benefits of drinking celery juice by eating celery stalks instead?

We recommend avoiding dairy, processed carbs, processed sugar, refined seed oils, preservatives, and alcohol as much as possible. These “foods” all contribute to poor health and weight gain.

Try to pack each meal with as many whole fruits and/or vegetables as you can - the more raw, the better! Incorporate celery juice and our healthy cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices daily.
