A Cleanse or a Daily Juice Routine? Find Your Fit

A Raw Generation cleanse is a short, structured program with several juices across the day. A daily juice routine is one bottle a day alongside your regular meals. Choose by the kind of routine you want to make room for, not by which box has the most days printed on it.

If you've known us through our cleanses, the daily routines aren't a request to leave that part of Raw Generation behind. They're another way to enjoy our juices. Here's how to compare the two before you plan your next order.

Start with the day, not the size of the box

A three-day cleanse and a 14-day routine sound like very different commitments. They are, but the longer number doesn't mean more juice each day. Using the Skinny Cleanse and Radiance Routine as examples:

Skinny Cleanse and Radiance Routine at a glance
What you're comparing Skinny Cleanse Radiance Routine
Daily format Six juices across the day One juice a day
Current pack lengths 3, 5, 7, or 10 days 14 or 28 days
Smallest listed pack 18 bottles for three days 14 bottles for 14 days
Food planning Review the cleanse's specific food guidance before starting Keep your regular meals; add a bottle where it fits
Practical preparation Plan for several refrigerated bottles throughout each cleanse day Plan for one daily bottle and leave the rest stored as directed

That's the useful distinction: a defined program versus an addition to an ordinary day. Neither is a measure of how seriously you take care of yourself.

Familiar juices, a different place in your day

The Skinny Cleanse and Radiance Routine currently list the same five juice names: Sweet Greens, Tarte Greens, Cool Greens, Sweet Roots, and Citrus Carrot. The Skinny Cleanse includes Sweet Greens twice each day. The Radiance Routine provides a mix to enjoy one bottle at a time across the pack.

So if you've enjoyed Sweet Greens during a cleanse, you don't have to reserve it for your next cleanse. Its ingredient list includes apple, kale, spinach, collards, lemon, and triple-filtered water. Those familiar plants can have a place alongside breakfast, too.

The format changes how you plan the juice, not whether you're allowed to enjoy it.

Which kind of planning do you want?

“I want a defined program with a beginning and an end.”

Explore the cleanse format. Before choosing a length, read the current program instructions and food guidance, then look at your actual calendar. Will you have access to refrigeration throughout the day? Can you prepare the foods included in the guidance? Is this a convenient time to follow a structured program?

The Skinny Cleanse's current instructions include food options; they don't ask you to push through hunger. Read those details before starting rather than treating the bottle count as the entire plan. If you have a medical condition, especially diabetes, discuss significant dietary changes with your clinician first, as NCCIH advises.

“I like my meals. I'd just like a juice in the mix.”

Start with a daily routine. Put one bottle beside a breakfast or lunch you already enjoy. Keep the whole fruits and vegetables in your meals, your water, and the skincare and sunscreen you use. There isn't a separate food program to build around this one-bottle addition.

You don't have to complete a cleanse first. And if you've cleansed before, choosing a daily routine now doesn't undo that choice. It simply answers a different question: what would I like to repeat on an ordinary day?

Make room in the freezer before you make a plan

Both options ship frozen. Store the bottles in the freezer and thaw them in the refrigerator, following the instructions included with your order. Keep thawed bottles refrigerated. If the directions you have aren't clear, check with our team before deciding how long to keep them.

Count bottles, not just days, when you make space. The three-day Skinny Cleanse has 18 bottles; the 14-day Radiance Routine has 14. For a cleanse, think through access to several bottles across the day. For a daily routine, choose one reliable moment when you'll be at home or have refrigeration available.

Same care, more than one starting point

In Jess's letter about the brand's new direction, she explains the shift toward replenishment and away from pressure, while reaffirming the juice and the process behind it. Daily routines make room for that perspective between cleanses, or without a cleanse at all.

The takeaway: if you want a defined program, look closely at a cleanse's schedule and food guidance. If you want one juice alongside the life and meals you already have, look at a daily routine. Start with the week you actually have. There's no need to make it more complicated than that.
