Celery Juice or a Green Blend? Choose by the Plants

Choose celery juice if you want celery to be the main plant in your bottle. Choose a green-juice blend if you'd rather have a mix that includes fruit, leafy greens, or herbs. At Raw Generation, the difference is easy to see in the ingredient lists, and you don't need to turn it into a contest over which juice is better.

Our idea of drinkable beauty leaves room for preference. A juice can be one enjoyable part of caring for yourself, alongside regular meals, whole produce, and the skincare and sunscreen you already use. Here's how to choose a bottle by what you actually want to drink.

Start with the recipe, not the shade of green

Our Morning Celery Juice Routine keeps the recipe short: celery juice, lemon juice, and triple-filtered water. There's no apple or orange juice in that ingredient list. If celery is the plant you're looking for, this is the most direct starting point of the options below.

A green blend takes a different approach. It can bring celery together with fruit and spinach, or combine cucumber with citrus and mint. The word “green” doesn't tell you the whole recipe. Reading the plants does.

Three bottles, three places to start

These are the current ingredient lists for Morning Celery and two blends listed on our Green Juice Routine page. Think of them as a way to narrow your choices, not a ranking.

Juice What's inside A starting point if...
Morning Celery Celery juice, lemon juice, triple-filtered water. You want a celery-focused recipe without apple or orange.
Apple Celery Celery juice, green apple juice, spinach juice, lemon juice, triple-filtered water. You like the idea of celery with green apple and a leafy green.
Citrus Mint Orange juice, cucumber juice, spinach juice, mint juice, lime juice, lemon juice, triple-filtered water. You'd rather start with citrus and mint, with no celery listed.

Notice that Apple Celery includes spinach, while Morning Celery doesn't. Citrus Mint includes spinach too, even though its name leads with fruit and an herb. That's why looking beyond the name is useful: you can choose the plants you like without guessing what a green bottle contains.

Let preference make the first decision

If you already enjoy celery, start there. If you're curious about it but usually reach for fruit, Apple Celery gives you a recipe that includes both. If celery simply isn't your thing, there's no reason to make it the entry requirement for a daily juice.

Prefer orange and mint? Put Citrus Mint on your shortlist. Prefer to keep the same recipe each day? Morning Celery may suit that preference. Like a change? Look through the blends in the Green Juice Routine and see which ingredient lists appeal to you.

If you're comparing sugar or other nutrition details, check the Nutrition Facts on the specific bottles and compare the same serving amount. Don't use the color, a short ingredient list, or the absence of apple as a substitute for that information.

Give the bottle a place in your day

Both routines are designed around one bottle a day. Keep your meals in place; choosing a daily juice doesn't mean planning a day around juice alone. If you'd like a food pairing, our warm-breakfast ideas are an easy place to begin.

The practical detail worth planning is thawing. Our product instructions say to freeze bottles on arrival, then move them to the refrigerator as needed. Allow 24–48 hours to thaw, depending on your refrigerator. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and drink within 24 hours.

After trying a bottle, ask yourself one ordinary question: would I look forward to this again? You can like celery without wanting it every day, or enjoy the same blend without needing a rotation. There's room for both.

The takeaway

Start with Morning Celery for a celery-focused recipe, Apple Celery for celery with green apple and spinach, or Citrus Mint for a celery-free combination of citrus, cucumber, spinach, and mint. Read the list, choose what appeals, and make room for it in the day you already have. Feeling cared for doesn't need a more complicated starting point.
