Yes! You do not have to commit to a strict juice fast for the Skinny Cleanse to be effective. While a straight juice diet may produce optimal results for some people, you can certainly eat raw fruits, veggies, or other choices from the cleanse-approved foods list (found in your Cleanse Guide) while still working toward your wellness goals. You might actually be MORE successful in achieving your goals if you eat. The satiation of chewing can help prevent ending your cleanse early due to hunger or intense cravings.
Yes! We would never ask you to give up your coffee, however there are a few adjustments we recommend so it aligns with your cleanse goals. Drink your coffee black or with a low-fat plant milk, like oat milk. Replace sugar with honey
