When should I drink these bottles? You can drink your immunity-boosting juices at any time during the day.

How many bottles of this juice can I have in a day? As many as you like! Our nutritionist recommends at least 1-2 per day to give your body maximum immune system support.

Are these meant to be a meal replacement? No. These juices do not have enough calories on their own to be a full meal replacement. However, you can combine 2 to make more of a meal or have one in addition to some other healthy choices.

How do I store my juices? Your juices will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer until ready to thaw and use them. Once thawed, juices should remain in the fridge and be consumed very cold.

How long do they take to thaw? Juices take anywhere from 24-48 hours to thaw in the refrigerator, depending on how cold your fridge settings are.

How long do these last? If your cold-pressed juice is kept frozen, it will be as fresh as though it was just pressed for up to 6 months. Once thawed, consume your juice within 24 hours.
