Our juices are NOT blended. The produce we use is put through a juicer so the only thing that ends up in the bottle is the juice and the majority of the fiber is removed.
The difference between blending and juicing is this... when you blend fruits & vegetables the fiber is included in the mixture and it has a thick consistency. When you juice fruits & vegetables the fiber is removed and it has a fluid consistency.
*There is a small amount of fiber in our juices that will look like pulp or sediment at the bottom of the bottles. This happens because our juices are not filtered.
Yes, our juices are cold pressed!
We do not recommend doing a juice cleanse, or any other type of cleanse, while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is important not to restrict your calorie intake during this time. However, we think adding in fresh raw juices and smoothies to your daily diet can be a wonderful thing! Our products are made only from real fruits, vegetables, nut, seeds, and spices, and are great to incorporate into your diet as a snack when pregnant and breastfeeding. If you are concerned at all about consuming raw juices we suggest talking consulting your doctor.
