RECIPE: Protein-Packed Vanilla Avocado Mousse

You don't have to eat meat to get enough protein. One avocado has 4 grams of protein! Pair it with high protein plant-based foods like leafy greens or chia seeds and you have a protei packed meal. 


  • 2 avocados
  • 4 c. coconut milk
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. raw honey
  • Fresh berries of your choice


Blend half of 1st four ingredients and berries and put aside. Blend the rest of the ingredients and mix with chia seeds. Spoon in berry mousse and top with chia mousse. Top with fresh berries.
