RECIPE: Appetite Suppressing Avocado Soup

WEIGHT LOSS TIP:

Avocados are packed with healthy fats that will keep you fuller longer and craving less sugar (the sweet ingredient that will pack on the pounds.) Recipe below...

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 avocado pitted and skin removed
  • 2 c. fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/8 c. EVOO
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a bowl and garnish with sprouts, herbs, or more fresh avocado! 

*Can be served warm or cold.
