- 3 avocados
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. raw honey
- Fresh fruit, herbs, and/or Superfood seeds of your choice for topping (pictured: flax seeds and mint)
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spoon into small bowls, chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, and serve.
