Satisfy your sweet tooth without sabotaging your figure! Swapping out milk with dairy-free milk options like coconut, hemp, or cashew is a great way to make healthy creamy sweet treats that won't bloat you or make you gain weight.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey or 1/4 tsp. stevia
  • 2 c. coconut milk
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 dash organic vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. strawberries or raspberries  (optional)
  • enough ice to get desired temperature

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
