If you want to maximize your weight loss and alkalize your body, ditch the dairy.

As a generation who grew up on milk, we were taught that “milk does a body good”. But what's the actual evidence telling us?

Turns out, we don't adequately absorb the vitamin d and calcium found in milk. Dairy has been linked to...

  • A higher rate of osteoporosis (so much for strengthening bones)

  • Allergies and nasal congestion

Don't freak out! Despite the persistence of the dairy industry, which deceptively portrays milk as a staple of the human diet, there are plenty of other easy, plant-based ways to get your necessary doses of vitamin D, calcium, and/or protein (leafy greens, almonds, oatmeal, quinoa, lentils, hemp seeds, chia seeds, avocado...shall we go on?).
