Going on Greens

Since I started drinking green juices just about every day I can tell a major difference in the way I feel. The most significant improvement is that I have more energy and I need to sleep less- a huge plus for me! Since I was a baby (according to my parents), I've needed a lot of sleep. If I let myself I could easily sleep 10-11 hours a day. But now since I am juicing more I average around 9 hours. 

The most impressive thing is when I'm running low on energy and it's looking like I need a nap in the middle of the day. Within about 10 minutes of drinking a green juice I am feeling back to normal. I used to grab a coffee to get me through the day, and now I don't need it because the greens give my body the ability to create real energy.
