While dairy works fine with some, a lot of people have noticed incredible benefits from cutting dairy out of their diet, for even one week (give it at least a week if you're going to try). This can range from digestive improvement to brightening of skin and less bloating after meals! 

When it comes to ice cream, we have to worry about additives like sugar and how the milk was produced (hello, added hormones!).
