WEIGHT LOSS TIP:
Sugars from fruit are not the same as white sugar found in so many of the processed foods we find in our grocery stores. For a sweet treat that will give you energy and won't expand your waistline try a fresh smoothie packed with fruit and greens (including avocado!).
Ingredients:

1/4 avocado

handful of baby spinach

1/2 c. pineapple, fresh or frozen

1/2 c. mango, fresh or frozen

2 c. coconut water

1- 1/2" slice of ginger (optional)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
