Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk (stir well before using)
  • 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. pure mint flavor
  • 4 medjool dates
  • a few ice cubes
