COCKTAIL RECIPE: Cucumber Lime Thyme Cocktail

Cucumber Lime Thyme Cocktail

The addition of thyme, a distinctive herb in the mint family, adds a subtle aromatic complexity to this light and healthy beverage.

INGREDIENTS IN OUR CUCUMBER LIME THYME COCKTAIL:

  • 8 oz. Heal & Hydrate juice
  • 1 oz. cucumber vodka
  • fresh-squeezed juice of 1/2 a lime
  • a few sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 2 oz. seltzer water
  • ice

You'll Need:

  • A highball glass (or any 8 oz. or larger glass)
  • A cocktail shaker

Makes 1 serving

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Fill your shaker with ice. Add vodka, juice, lime, and thyme. Shake well.
  2. Fill a highball glass with ice as per your liking. Strain your mix into your glass.
  3. Top with seltzer and garnish. We used finely shaved cucumber and a sprig of thyme as garnish.
