RECIPE: A Wheatgrass Shot that Actually Tastes Good

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz fresh wheatgrass juice* 

*If you have a juicer at home, run small handfuls of wheatgrass through it until you have juiced your desired amount. If you don’t have your own juicer, we suggest checking the frozen food aisle of your local health food store for wheatgrass cubes.
