Green Dream Smoothie
- 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 an avocado
- 2 tsp. spirulina
- 1 Tbsp. MCT oil
- 1 Tbsp. monk fruit
- shredded coconut (optional)
Blend all ingredients except for the shredded coconut until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle with shredded coconut or your choice of low-carb superfood toppings (some suggestions: fresh berries, cacao nibs, chopped nuts, hemp seeds) and enjoy!
