RECIPE: Green Dream Smoothie

This energizing low-carb recipe is loaded with green superfood nutrition and provides a rich dose of brain-boosting good fats. Spirulina not only gives this smoothie a vibrant turquoise color, it is highly detoxifying and has a powerful effect on rebalancing the body to a state conducive to healthy weight loss!

Green Dream Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 2 tsp. spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp. MCT oil
  • 1 Tbsp. monk fruit
  • shredded coconut (optional)
DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients except for the shredded coconut until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle with shredded coconut or your choice of low-carb superfood toppings (some suggestions: fresh berries, cacao nibs, chopped nuts, hemp seeds) and enjoy!
