Sparkling Citrus Sangria

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz. pineapple vodka 
  • 8 oz. Citrus Carrot juice
  • 3 oz. sparkling rosé wine
  • small handful mixed berries of your choice
  • 3 orange slices
  • ice

You'll Need:

  • A pint glass (16 oz. or larger)

Makes 1 serving

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a pint glass filled with ice. 
  2. Stir gently and serve.

Sweet Roots Gin Fizz

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 oz. Sweet Roots juice 
  • 1 oz. gin
  • 2 oz. seltzer water
  • ice

You'll Need:

  • A highball glass (8 oz. or larger)
  • A cocktail shaker

Makes 1 serving

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Fill shaker with ice. Add gin and juice. Shake well.
  2. Fill a glass with ice then strain your mix into your glass.
  3. Top with seltzer and enjoy! 

Cucumber Lime Thyme Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 oz. Cool Greens juice
  • 1 oz. cucumber vodka
  • fresh-squeezed juice of 1/2 a lime
  • a few sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 2 oz. seltzer water
  • ice

You'll Need:

  • A highball glass (8 oz. or larger)
  • A cocktail shaker

Makes 1 serving

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, juice, lime, and thyme. Shake well.
  2. Fill a highball glass with ice. Strain your mix into your glass.
  3. Top with seltzer and garnish. Optional: Use finely shaved cucumber and a sprig of thyme as garnish.
