Here at Raw Generation, we believe wellness is not a season or a destination but a journey! That being said, we also believe that all too many of us are approaching the benefits of juicing all wrong – taking an all-or-nothing approach, swinging from one diet extreme to another.
How to get nowhere fast:
We set lofty goals and resolutions for ourselves, convincing ourselves we have to change it all at once. Then when we fall a little off track, we beat ourselves up, we give up, we go right back to square one. We let holidays, special occasions, life events, stress, etc., completely derail our healthy plans, allowing the ebb and flow of life to dictate our path towards and away from wellness.
We give into a little bit of temptation and overly punish ourselves with thoughts like, “Well, I already ruined my diet with this cookie, I might as well finish off the box.” We make one or two not-so-perfect choices, then chastise ourselves “There goes my diet for the day!”
This attitude is a surefire way to get nowhere fast!
Life happens… don’t wait until you’ve ”screwed up” to course-correct! Instead, take small steps every day that will bring you closer to your goals!

Are YOU juicing all wrong?
What do we mean when we say “juicing all wrong”? To be honest, there’s no wrong way to juice. As long as you’re drinking it, you’re soaking up the benefits of powerful plant-based nutrition.
But something we see all too often is people going overboard with overindulgence and completely abandoning their healthy goals... and then they do a juice cleanse. Once the juice cleanse is done? They go right back to eating a nutrient-deficient, not-so-healthy diet!

The more raw nutrition you feed your body, the better you will look and feel and the healthier you will be!
If you are more consistent with incorporating the powerful punch of nutrition that is raw juice into your regular routine, you won’t fall so far off track that you feel you have to “punish yourself." A bottle of cold-pressed juice a day keeps the weight away!
