RECIPE: Immune-Boosting Avocado Salsa Verde

INGREDIENTS TO OUR AVOCADO SALSA VERDE

  • 2 Avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño seeded
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until you achieve your desired smoothness.
