RECIPE: De-Bloating Avocado Salad

This is a perfect avocado salad recipe to make when you're craving food during your juice cleanse! It's all raw and packed with plant-based protein that will keep you feeling fuller longer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of chopped bibb lettuce

  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice

  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

  • 2 c. chopped carrots

  • 1/4 c. hemp seeds

  • 1/4 c. raw sunflower seeds

  • 1 whole avocado, sliced

  • fresh dill, mint, or cilantro to garnish

  • Himalayan salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except avocado and garnish in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Place salad in serving bowl, top with avocado, and herbs of choice. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and enjoy!
