INGREDIENTS FOR OUR AVOCADO SALAD:
- 1 bunch of chopped bibb lettuce
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. chopped carrots
- 1/4 c. hemp seeds
- 1/4 c. raw sunflower seeds
- 1 whole avocado, sliced
- fresh dill, mint, or cilantro to garnish
- Himalayan salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients except avocado and garnish in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Place salad in serving bowl, top with avocado, and herbs of choice. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and enjoy!
